By using Akashic Edge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Akashic Edge provides election data, maps, and analytical tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions bill monthly or annually. Free trials do not require a credit card. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us for billing issues.
Acceptable Use
You may not: resell or redistribute data beyond permitted use, circumvent rate limits, scrape at scale without API access, or use the service for illegal purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Data & Attribution
Election data is sourced from public records. When publishing or redistributing our data, you must attribute Akashic Edge. See our methodology page for citation formats.
Disclaimer
Data is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness. Use for research and analysis; verify critical figures independently.
